Girls' Trip to Charleston, SC

At the beginning of this year, my mother happened to mention she had never been to Charleston, SC. My sister-in-law and I both have been and enjoyed it. So for my mom's birthday this year in March, we gave her a "Girls' Trip to Charleston." (The boys were behind it :) ...)

We left early on a Friday morning and came back later on the Sunday night. It was such a fun, mini girls' trip, and my mom loved Charleston! She is ready to go back.

Friday:

Parked downtown and got some shopping done at the Charleston City Market.

Tapas + Sips at 5 Church.

Walked to Rainbow Row and also took in all the old churches and beautiful homes.

Hotel check-in.

Back to town in the evening for dinner at Rooftop.

Saturday:

Breakfast at Collective Coffee Co.

Plantation tour at Boone Hall Plantation.

Consignment shopping outside of Charleston.

To Charleston that night for dinner at Blossom.

Walked along the streets for dessert at Kaminsky's.

Sunday:

Light shopping and then coffee at Bitty + Beau's.

Stopped by the Angel Oak on the way back home.

Some small things that we wanted to do but didn't have time were: a boat/ghost tour along the harbor and a carriage ride. We had such a lovely time in this charming city. So very thankful for delicious food, great weather, and wonderful traveling partners.
