TBT to the Shrimp and Grits Festival.

Last year, my sister-in-law and I surprised my mom by taking her to the Shrimp and Grits Festival in Jekyll Island. We ended up staying an extra night in St. Simon's as well. It's safe to say that we are obsessed with festivals of any kind, but mainly ones that offer food and art. It was a fun, spur-of-the-moment weekend trip that was sunny, laughter-filled, and delicious!

I love these two ladies.
